![]() Performs ongoing analysis for operational decisions.Maintain knowledge of Board of Regents policies and procedures, federal, state and local laws and regulations related to risk management, safety, and transportation.Serves as the University liaison with the State of Georgia (DOAS) Transportation unit to procure or surplus vehicles for fleet.Ensures the campus acquires and maintains an inventory of vehicles available for employee and team travel, and responsible for all policies and procedure development related to a vehicle motor pool in compliance with the DOAS.Directs and oversees the use of the University's vehicles and equipment and directs improvement implementations.Provides outstanding customer service to operating departments via expert assistance and support for fleet service functions.The position also serves students traveling to designate areas on and off-campus. Schedules and coordinates the maintenance of University vehicles and equipment. This position is responsible for the oversight and coordination of University vehicle and equipment maintenance activities.
